was set up in the summer of 2019 to provide support for values-based organisations. Using the wealth of knowledge and experience held by its founder, Jacqui Clements, JCC aims to empower organisations to flourish by giving them both business-focused and people-focussed support to help them achieve their potential.
About Jacqui
Jacqui Clements (MSc) is an experienced charity Chief Executive, Trustee, Chair and Company Director with over 20 years’ experience in charity governance, strategy development and talent development. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with extensive practical knowledge of organisational change in the context of HR strategy and operations.
Having also worked for 15 years for a renowned national retailer in both commercial and HR roles along with 11 years as chair of Board of Directors for a small technology company, she has a breadth of expertise to call upon for the benefit of a range of clients. Having worked in Students’ Unions with student officers for 20 years, she has a passion for coaching and mentoring young leaders, ensuring beneficiary voices are at the heart of governance and strategy in not-for-profits.
People are at the centre of her approach to assignments and she works collaboratively with clients to deliver their objectives.
